How do I store my Crystal Candy?
When stored properly, Crystal Candy can last for several months. Once you receive your package, open the bag the jellies come in and let the air in. If you would like them even crunchier, remove the candies from the bag and leave them on a plate at room temperature for a few more days. If you find that your jellies start to sweat in their packaging, remove them and leave them uncovered until they return to their original state. They will be as delicious they were before!

Are the sour flavours as crunchy?
By nature, the ingredient we add to our sour jellies to get that delicious pucker, could make the shells slightly less crunchy and more crispy. It depends on a variety of factors, but they will still have a crispy shell plus the added bonus of a delicious sour flavour!
What is Crystal Candy made of?
Cake Lady Crunch Crystal Candy is made with water, granulated sugar and agar. Agar Agar is a setting agent made from seaweed and is free from animal products. Therefore our jellies are vegan and gluten free. We also use various flavours and food colourings. Some of our jellies contain sprinkles which are not gluten free so please be mindful of which jellies you choose. If you require further ingredient information, please reach out
How long does shipping take?
All our jellies are hand made in limited runs and proper crystallisation can take up to 2 weeks. Our in stock items will be packaged and posted straight away but if you have pre-ordered a product that is out of stock, our processing time on these items before shipping may be up to 1-2 weeks. We post your goodies with Australia Post and as soon as they are shipped, we will send your tracking information.
What if my Crystal Candy seems too soft?
If your Crystal Candy seems to be soft, remove the candies from the bag and leave them on a plate at room temperature for a few more days. Larger pieces such as skulls and lollipops may seem softer because they have much more jelly inside them. The crunchy shell only gets so thick on these large pieces.
