I made my first Thomas the Tank Engine cake way back in 2006 and have been surrounded by sweetness ever since.

​After moving to Scotland in 2007, I was offered a job with Paul Bradford (before he was world famous!) in his wedding cake studio in Linlithgow and gained invaluable experience making wonderful wedding cakes for couples in Edinburgh. 

I came back to Sydney in 2009 and have been making amazing and delicious cakes ever since.
