How do I store my Crystal Candy?
When stored properly, Crystal Candy can last for several months. Once you receive your package, open the bag the jellies come in and let the air in. If you would like them even crunchier, remove the candies from the bag and leave them on a plate at room temperature for a few more days. If you find that your jellies start to sweat in their packaging, remove them and leave them uncovered until they return to their original state . They will be as delicious they were before! Then store in a container

What is Crystal Candy made of?
Cake Lady Crunch Crystal Candy is made with water, granulated sugar and agar. Agar is a setting agent made from seaweed and is free from animal products. Therefore our jellies are vegan and gluten free. We also use various flavours and food colourings. Some of our jellies contain sprinkles which are not gluten free so please be mindful of which jellies you choose. If you require further ingredient information, please reach out
How long does shipping take?
All our jellies are hand made in limited runs and proper crystallisation can take up to 2 weeks. Therefore, our processing time before shipping is 1-2 weeks. We post your goodies with Australia Post and as soon as they are shipped, we will send your tracking information.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
